Every day ,Rupa goswami ,a disciple of chaitanya mahaprabhu would go out in the jungles of vrindavan and call loudly, "" O govinda!! O govinda!! Where are you?

500 years ago, vrindavan was just a jungle🏞🌲🌳. After searching for long time, on day he sat down lamenting 😥that he himself is so bad and useless that govinda ji is not showing himself to him.😔

But then suddenly, one small boy came and asked him," baba! Why are you crying? Is there anything I can help you?

Rupa goswami said" nothing and tried to send him back but that boy insisted and asked baba please tell me maybe I can help you. Finally rupa goswami told him that he is looking for a diety of govinda ji which is kept somewhere secretly nearby.

So that boy said I know one strange place where every morning one cow comes at certain spot and pour the milk from her udder. She do this everyday.

Rupa goswami went to see that place thinking that it might be some clue from govinda ji! 🤔

He took some men with him to that very spot and very carefully dug that hole from which cow poured her milk, just after digging for few feet,

They suddenly found a beautiful black diety of Krishna!! That diety is non other than govinda ji. Rupa goswami just cried in ecstasy "" Jay govinda dev !! Jay govinda dev!!😭🥳😍🙇‍♂️

He immediately prepared to install govinda ji at that same place and served govind ji with simplicity and love. Many years after a grand and biggest temple for govindji was built which still stands in vrindavan. Govinda ji was shifted to jaipur when mughals tried to destroy every temple and dieties. Thus,The original diety of govinda is now housed at jaipur.
